At Waga Sweet Paws Shop, we want you and your furry family member to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Due to hygiene reasons, personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
